Killer Questions allow you to understand how candidates think and react in a given situation.
You can include up to six questions. Three open-ended questions (the candidate answers in his/her own words) and three closed-ended questions (the candidate chooses one answer). They will help you to:
- Source candidates quickly.
- Get additional information about the candidates.
Killer questions will also help you to to score the answers and rank the candidates.
You can create and edit them in the job form.
