QUANDO É HORA DE MUDAR?

Rotatividade. Esta palavra ronda paulatinamente o universo de muitas empresas e muitos colaboradores. O grande dilema é como fazer uma equipe se manter na empresa e como você colaborador pode enxergar de forma clara e racional se está na hora de mudar de emprego. Você sabe responder ao dilema?!

E empresa: como manter sua equipe engajada.

Em sequência ao post anterior, fica claro que enxergar a importância do quadro de funcionários é o primeiro passo. Mas o que a sua equipe precisa para estar engajada nos ideais da empresa? É preciso ver do que sua equipe sente falta, do que ela sente necessidade corporativamente?

Pode não ser necessariamente aumento de salário; muitas equipes precisam de incentivo, de feedback e até de liderança. Para descobrir a necessidade de sua equipe, é interessante ter uma conversa franca com cada colaborador, ou então contratar um grupo focal para que os colaboradores possam falar abertamente sobre as necessidades e dificuldades que enfrentam no dia-a-dia da organização.

Após isso, verifique como pode solucionar os problemas levantados pela equipe. No caso do feedback, por exemplo, pode-se desenvolver uma política de retorno junto aos líderes para que parta deles a comunicação. Lembre-se que manter a comunicação com sua equipe é o primeiro passo para uma equipe realmente engajada.

Agora, se você é um colaborador e não tem certeza se permanecer no atual emprego ainda vale a pena, seguem algumas dicas para facilitar a sua decisão:

 

  •     A vontade é de mudar de empresa ou de sair da atual?


Não parece, mas faz diferença. Descubra se sua inquietação ocorre em função da busca por novos desafios ou se ela vem de uma insatisfação da atual organização. Se a resposta for a primeira, uma recolocação interna pode resolver a sua inquietação. Mas se o seu caso reside na insatisfação com o atual emprego, uma promoção, recolocação ou aumento salarial não vai resolver sua insatisfação. Neste caso, a melhor opção é buscar novas oportunidades de trabalho.

 

  •     Compensa?


Ponha na balança tudo o que tem agora e tudo o que poderá ter em outro emprego. Pense nos benefícios e nos problemas também. Avalie o que é mais importante para sua vida profissional bem como os efeitos de sua decisão para a sua vida pessoal. Verifique se compensa arriscar-se na mudança. A recolocação tem que valer à pena, lembre-se disso.

Como colaborador, é preciso refletir sobre o real motivo de mudar de emprego, pois pode ser que uma conversa franca com sua liderança, bem como esclarecer seus pontos de interesse e de descontentamento podem ajudar a resolver suas inquietações sem que seja necessário mudar de emprego.

Se a recolocação está rondando as mentes de seus colaboradores, é preciso se questionar, enquanto empresa, a fim de checar quais são os motivos deste problema. Reter seus colaboradores internos é pensar na própria sobrevivência da organização.
