French & English - IT Customer Service Agent - Barcelona

We're looking for a new team member to join our small and friendly team at within Computacenter in Barcelona.

Based in Poble Nou area.

Manage incoming contacts via different contact methods only Business to Business and no sales involved.
Understand the user's business challenges by adapting excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will know exactly what's expected of you as your manager takes a genuine interest in your performance and comfort at work.
