Country Sales Manager - Barcelona - ETT - Barcelona (City Center)
For our client, a well-known leading temporary employment and personnel service company in Germany, we are looking for a talented and highly motivated Country Sales Manager to built up the Business in Spain (Barcelona). Reporting to the HQ, he or she will be responsible for both winning strategic clients and expanding the business within the local market.
-Check cross-selling options and develop new business opportunities in the field of temporary employment
-Serving potential customers and existing customers - from the initial contact via the needs-based design of the desired personnel service and the optimization of joint cooperation
-Building a network in the Spanish market
-Market research analysis and development of long-term strategies for business expansion and new business concepts
-Organization, implementation and follow-up of internal processes within each client account.
-Building up and maintaining strong business relations with customers and external organizations
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE
-Commercial education or Degree in business studies, or similar
-At least 5 years’ of experience in a similar sales position, preferably in the field of personnel services / temporary employment etc.
-Proven experience in developing strong client networks
-Working experience and strong market knowhow of the relevant client network in Barcelona and Spanish market is a must
