Pronovias Group is looking for a CRM Manager who can take over ownership of our Omnichannel Customer Journey. She or he needs to be capable to optimize each touchpoint within a bride’s customer journey and so to rise conversion within each step of the Omnichannel purchase funnel. Furthermore, this profile will take charge of execution of the digital customer channels which are currently email marketing & sms. This position will be a part of the Digital team and report directly to the Digital Director.
 
Major Areas of Accountability:
1 – CRM
-Work closely with the BI team to have an updated, unified Omnichannel database
-Align with Customer Management, Contact Centre & Retail to have a unified Customer Journey
-Work closely with the Head of Performance for lead acquisition
-Lead buyer persona segmentation
-Develop a dynamic content strategy based on customer behavioural
-RFM Strategy
2 – Communication  
-Prepare & Communicate Customer Journey emails & SMS for our top 10 markets
-Handle CRM agency
-Activate weekly brand communication aligned with our Content Calendar
-Ensure all communications aligned with brand & communication objectives   
-Work closely with Content & copy specialists for clear brand communication & activation of the Content Calendar through CRM
-Work closely with Web / UX Team to create matching Landing Pages for the digital customer journey
-In charge of activation of Ratings & Reviews throughout the customer journey
3 – Data
-Work closely with the Analytics Manager to gain 360 view of the Customer
-Focus on optimization of activation of our db through each step within the Purchase Funnel
-Weekly & monthly reporting on CRM performance a/b testing Roadmap
-Analyse results & draw conclusions & suggest new ideas
-Fully aligned with our GDPR committee & BI management
 4 – Leadership
-Strong leadership skills to align all Stakeholders (Retail Sales, Contact Centre, Marketing, BI, Customer Management, external providers, Agency)
-Benchmark tools & ideas to lead the company one step further into customer centricity
 

Requisitos

Education Level:
Master degree with focus in Digital / Science / Mathematics / similar
Languages:
-Spanish (Fluent)
-English (Proficiency)
-Any other languages can be useful
 
Technical & analytical skills:
-Expert knowledge on CRM tools (e.g. salesforce marketing cloud a nice to have)
-Advanced analytical skills
-Data expert
 
Personal skills:
-Effective in navigating the internal organization to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
-Organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and follow-up abilities
-Effective oral & written communication and presentation skills to persuade decision makers
-Creative mind-set
