We are currently looking for a skilled HR Officer to cover a new position in our HR Department initially through a maternity leave contract.
As HR Officer in Kymos you will manage the recruiting function ensuring timely implementation and completion of recruitment processes, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle. You will also provide administrative assistance and support on employment relationship issues to ensure legal compliance. You will also contribute to the creation and development of the key HR policies and procedures.
Main responsibiities will include:
Talent Acquisition:
-Source candidates using databases, social media,temporary agencies, networking, schools...
-Create job adverts and publish them on different web portals.
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
-Define and develop creative recruitment strategies to identify the talent for Kymos vacancies and collaborate with managers on hiring plans to anticipate future hiring needs.
Labour Relations & Payroll
-Oversee all administrative activities related to hiring, payroll and benefits and liaise with our payroll provider.
-Manage the Employee Portal and Flexible Remuneration Plan Platform.
-Keep up to date the HR systems, employee data, folder.
Onboarding and off-boarding
-Participate in the implementation of effective onboarding plans.
-Welcome and Inform new employees on company policies.
-Organize exit interviews for off-boarding.
-Manage the administrative processes associated with training requests and reportings.
HR policies and procedures
-Participate in the creation and development of the key HR policies and procedures.
-Coordinate company equal opportunity programs and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Prevention of occupational risks Coordination
-Design, update and follow yearly plan with our external consultants.
-Manage all necessary trainings.
-Coordinate medical examinations, information on risks of the job, creation of the Emergency Plan.


Required Knowledge and skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations or related field.
3/4 years experience as HR Generalist in a fast- paced international environment.
Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English. Knowledge of another language (French, Italian) would be a plus.
Knowledge and understanding of Spanish employment legislation.
Experience in social media recruiting.
Positive attitude, resliliency and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with decision making and complex problem- solving skills.
